When ServiceBuilder automatically handles administration, you'll find yourself with more and happier volunteers. Confirmations with church musicians can be automated! Let people click a link in their email program to confirm rehearsals. See at a glance who has confirmed, and who hasn't! Click their name to phone them or email them. This database was designed by a music director/worship leader. I've been refining and perfecting it almost every day since 1995. That's intense! People started telling me I owed it to music pastors and worship leaders everywhere to make this powerful database available for their church worship service planning. I like to think of it as a way to share my gifts with the church body at large. If your congregation can't afford this church software, no problem! I'm willing to work with churches of all sizes so that your teams can be as effective for the Kingdom of God as possible. Even if you're just starting out as a new congregation, don't let any reason stop you from contacting me and asking about Service Builder worship planning software. There are SO MANY MORE FEATURES to this program, you have to try it yourself!
